    Danny Van De Hey, 51, of Wrightstown died Wednesday, October 11, 2006, as the result of a farm accident. Danny was born July 7, 1955, in Kaukauna to Amos and Mary (Van Camp) Van De Hey. He married the former Susan Goffard on May 20, 1983, at St. Boniface Catholic Church in De Pere. Danny belonged to the Holy Name Society, On the Go 4-H as a swine leader, the Farm Bureau and the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed spending time with his family, boating, fishing, and hunting. Danny loved to give people rides in his 1929 Ford Model A and his 1926 Essex. He also enjoyed dressing up for Halloween and mock weddings. Danny's life long desire was spent working the land and working with his cattle. Danny owned and operated New Horizons Dairy with his brother David. His lucky number was the number 7.
    Survivors include his mother, Mary Van De Hey, wife, Sue, children: Katie, Kerrie and special friend, Bradley Ruh, Jesse, Jason, and Charles all at home, brothers and sisters: Paul (Marian) Van De Hey of Greenleaf; Rosemarie (Gerald) Hietpas of Little Chute; Kathleen (Thomas) Pehowski of Grafton; Pat (Delores) Van De Hey of De Pere; Elaine (Thomas) Jones of Green Bay; Judy (Ken) Caelwaerts of Green Bay; David (Barb) Van De Hey of De Pere; Lois Smits of Appleton; Eileen (John) Huben of Appleton; Joseph (Mary) Van De Hey of Kaukauna; Chris (Cherie) Van De Hey of De Pere; Brian (Peggy) Van De Hey of De Pere; Mary (Chris) Evers of Kaukauna; mother-in-law, Patricia (Calaway) Goffard of De Pere; brothers in-law and sisters-in-law: Lois (Bob) Piaskowski of De Pere; Ken (Marie) Goffard of De Pere; Dan (Carla) Goffard of De Pere; Terry (George) Van Wychen of Freedom; John (Jackie) Goffard of Seymour; Tim (Gwen) Goffard of Suamico; Connie (Mike) Maass of Seymour; Ray (Sheila) Goffard of De Pere; Chris (Rachael) Goffard of De Pere; and numerous nieces and nephews; Godparents, Gene and Laurie Van Camp, Godchildren: Matthew Van De Hey, Becky Van Wychen, Amy Piaskowski, and Ray Goffard.
    Danny was preceded in death by his father, Amos, a brother, Leon, sister-in-law, Karen, and his father-in-law, Bob Goffard.
    Friends may call at St. Paul Catholic Church, Wrightstown on Friday (today) from 3-8 p.m. Wake service 7 p.m. Visitation will continue on Saturday at the church from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church with the Msgr. John H. Schuh officiating. Burial in the church cemetery.DeWane-Cotter Funeral Home is assisting the family.
