I know of only three Henry Emers born before 1890.
1) Son of John and Petronella being baptized here.
2) Son of Theodore Emmers, son of Gerhard, born in 1888.3) Son of Gerhard Emmer born on 29 Jan 1854 and my Great Grandfather. Th is is the son who was born in Detroit, Michigan. Of these three the only possible sponsor is Henry Emers, son of Gerhar d. He would be 23 years old and single at the time.
