Obituary:
Mary J. (Brown) Deprey, 72, a lifelong Green Bay resident, died Wednesday, April 9, 2014, after a lengthy illness. She was born May 12, 1941, to Merton and Lorraine (Smits) Brown. On September 5, 1970, she married Kenneth Deprey. Before retiring, Mary had been employed by Thew Supply for over 30 years.
She is survived by her husband, Ken; a sister, Sylvia Brown; a sister-in-law, Marlene Brown; nephews and nieces who have been so good to her, Gene, Kim, Rick, Jim, Dan, Ann, and Tom; good friends, Bob and Cindy Klaus.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Patricia Nader; and a brother, Richard Brown.
Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. There will be a parish wake service at 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. There will be no visitation on Monday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church, 312 Victoria St., with Rev.
