    Ronald Dalke, age 82, of Appleton, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, April 22, 2013. He was born on February 21, 1931, in the Town of Center, the son of the late Martin and Esther (Eimmel) Dalke. Ron served his country during the Korean Conflict. On November 12, 1956, he married Carol Huth at St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church in Appleton. Ron was a welder at Fox Tractor and then the owner and operator of Ron's Welding Shop in Appleton. He worked on building utility trailers in his spare time. Ron was an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying wrestling, the Badgers, Packers, Brewers, and NASCAR.
    Ron is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Carol Dalke; sister, Lois Young; sisters-in-law: Dar Taylor, Audrey Dalke, and Sylvia Huth; and brother-in-law, Don (Vivian) Huth. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Ron was preceded in death by his brothers: Monroe Dalke and Vernon Dalke; brothers-in-law: Elton Huth and Paul (Lois) Reihl; and sisters-in-law: Margie (Norbert) Hardy, Lorraine (Wesley) Warnke, and Arlene (Merlin) Wolf.
    The funeral service for Ronald will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church, Hwy 47 North in Appleton. Rev. Jeffrey Suhr and Rev. Micah Martin will be officiating. Interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery in Appleton. A time of visitation will be held on Thursday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his name. Online condolences can be offered at www.wichmannfargo.com.

    Marvin H. Dalke, age 78, of Seymour, passed away Thursday afternoon, September 11, 2008, at King Veteran's Home. He was born March 5, 1930, in Appleton, son of the late Henry and Nioma (Schroeder Krueger) Dalke. On April 15, 1954, he was united in marriage to Lois Limberg in Kaukauna.
    Marvin was a Korean Army Veteran and was employed at Pauly Cheese and later Provimi until his retirement. He was a member of Seymour United Methodist Church and a member of the Seymour American Legion. Marvin was an avid hunter, fisherman, and wood carver and enjoyed time spent in his woods up north.

    Merlin John Immel, age 79, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 14, 2009, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton. He was born on June 1, 1930, in Appleton; son of the late John G. and Ida (Dalke) Immel Jr. On April 14, 2007, he was united in marriage to Bonnie Schultz at St. Matthew Ev. Lutheran Church, Appleton. Merlin farmed with his parents and worked for 15 years at Cloud Buick as a mechanic until his parents' health required him to stop work and care for them. Merlin was an avid Brewer and Packer fan, he also enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and taking care of his lawn.
    He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Immel; his stepchildren: Daniel Immel, Diane (Daniel) Ciske and James (Sherri) Immel; four stepgrandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren; his brother-in-law, Lyle Rasmussen and his cousin, David (Nancy) Dalke.
    Merlin was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Jeanette and Elaine.
    Funeral services for Merlin will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2009, at 11 a.m. at ST. MATTHEW EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 129 S. Mason St., Appleton with the Rev. Paul T. Schuler officiating. Family and friends may visit at the church on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will take place in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. A memorial fund is being established in his name.

    David W. Dalke, age 54, of Freedom, passed away Friday, May 25, 2012 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born July 28, 1957 son of the late Marvin Dalke and Lois (Limberg) Dalke. On October 2, 1981 he was united in marriage to Nancy Bruhn.
    David was a 1976 graduate of Seymour High School. He entered the U.S. Marines for 4 years. Dave graduated from Fox Valley Tech in Police Science and was an officer for the Grand Chute Police Dept. for 27 years until his retirement. He was an avid sportsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, time spent at his cabin, golfing and most importantly his family.
    He was a member of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, Appleton where he was a past Elder. Also was a member of Northwest Turkey Assoc. NRA and NAHC.

    Melissa Dalke, age 42, of Little Chute, passed away from natural causes on Monday, June 24, 2013. She was born on October 29, 1970, in Kaukauna, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Dorothy (Fonder) Dalke. Melissa graduated from Kaukauna High School in 1988. She liked going to rummage sales and thrift stores. Melissa loved life and the outdoors, and enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews.
    Melissa is survived by her sisters: Katey (Bill) Landgraf of Neenah and Maureen (David) Haessly of Kaukauna; nieces and nephews: Kevin and Sheena Murray; Anthony and Amanda Haessly. She is further survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Melissa was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother-in-law, Alexander Murray.
    The funeral liturgy for Melissa will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 309 Desnoyer Street in Kaukauna. Msgr. Jim Vanden Hogen will be officiating. Interment will take place in the parish cemetery. A time of visitation will be held on Thursday at the church from 9:00 am until the time of mass.
