    Margie R. Hockers, 94, De Pere, passed away peacefully at Bishop's Court on December 4, 2015. She was born August 4, 1921 in Kewaunee, WI, daughter to the late Thomas Sr. and Verna Ratajczak. Margie married Elmer Hockers on April 16, 1941 at St. Hedwig's Church in East Krok. He preceded her in death on June 7, 2007 after 66 years of marriage.
    Margie loved dancing, working on crafts and enjoyed watching the Packer games.
    Margie is survived by her daughter, Janice (William) Vande Hei; son, Wayne (Judy) Hockers; six grandchildren: Lisa (John) Roosa, Scott (Tina) Vande Hei, Wes Hockers, Rhia (Mike) Wotruba, Brian (Andrea) Titulaer and Lorrie (Scott) Morgan; nine great-grandchildren; brothers, Tom Jr. and Betty Ratajczak, Jim and Lois Ratajczak; sisters-in-law, Judy Ratajczak and Arleen Hockers Krug; and nieces and nephews.
    Margie was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sisters and brothers-in-law: Ruth and Dan Wessely, Beatrice and Leonard Treml; brother, Donald Ratajczak; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Grace and Donald Hockers, Lavonne and Richard Hockers, Bernice and Howard Hockers, Roland Hockers, Sister Alberta, and Dorothy and Leo Kusch.
    Family and friends may visit St. Mary Catholic Church, 4805 Sportsmans Drive, Ledgeview, on Monday, December 7, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 6:30 p.m. Monday at church, with the Rev. Judah Pigon, MF, officiating. Entombment will be in Allouez Catholic Mausoleum. Cotter Funeral Home is assisting the Hocker's family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.cotterfuneralhome.com.
    Margie's family would like to extend a special thank you to her niece, Shirley, for her many visits and to the staff at Bishop's Court and Unity Hospice for the love and care they gave Margie.

    Margie married Hockers, Elmer A. 16 Apr 1941. Elmer (son of Hockers, Albert and Linskens, Anna) was born 7 Jul 1914, De Pere, Brown, Wisconsin, USA; died 10 Jun 2007; was buried , Allouez Catholic Cemetery, Green Bay, Brown, Wisconsin, USA. [Group Sheet]
