Obituary:
Gloudemans, Joseph A.Joseph A. Gloudemans, Canal Place, Kaukauna, age 94, passed away at his ho me on Friday, November 24, 2005. Joe was born in Grand Chute on Augu st 2, 1911, son of the late Arnold and Mary (Hurkman) Gloudemans. For so me time he lived in De Pere, and had been employed by Nicolet Papers for n early thirty years, until his retirement. During World War II, Joe serv ed as a faithful member of the United States Army.He is survived by a sister, Irene McDonald, who resides in Farmington, N ew Mexico. Other survivors include numerous nieces, nephews, other relativ es, and many friends.Joe was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Ben (Ida) Gloudemans a nd Frank (Violet) Gloudemans, sisters: Anna (George) Hermsen, Ceil (Georg e) Look, Martha (Ed) Olson, Theresa (George) Gilsdorf, and Loretta (Phi l) Laeser, and a brother-in-law Lewis McDonald.At Joe's request, he will be cremated, and his urn will be placed near h is parents at St. John Cemetery in Little Chute. A graveside service wi ll be announced in the spring.
