She was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Congregation and a longtime member of the Altar Rosary Society. Agnes enjoyed needlepoint, crocheting and making craft items for her grandchildren. For many months she delivered Meals on Wheels to local residents who requested this service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a donation in Agnes' memory to St. Francis Xavier Church or to Unity Hospice.
The Hermsen family extends their gratitude to Reverend Father Jack Harper and to the entire staff at Unity for their special compassionate care of Agnes and our family. The family also extends a special thank you to Clarity Healthcare, especially Brenda Easman for her devoted concern, friendship and visits to Agnes during her last remaining days.
To know Agnes was one of the true pleasures in life. She enjoyed visiting with people even if they were strangers. No matter how often and how much she suffered through numerous illnesses and setbacks she was always more concerned about how others were feeling. Her big heart and extreme empathy will be missed by all.
Friends may visit with the family from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Saturday morning, August 11, at the St. Francis Xavier Church, 220 S. Michigan Street, De Pere. Memorial Mass 10 a.m. Saturday at the church with Rev. John H. Harper officiating.
