    Mildred W. Nelson, 100, of Seymour, passed away Monday, June 8, 2015 at Meadow Wood Assisted Living. She was born August 22, 1914, daughter of the late George and Olga (Krueger) Uhlenbrauck. On October 21, 1939 she was united in marriage to Clarence Nelson. He preceded her in death July 30, 1990.
    Mildred was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, a Charter member of Concordia Society at Emmanuel and former member of Women of Emmanuel. She received a Volunteer award from Wisconsin Association of Homes and Services for the aging, Inc. Region V in 2001 and in 1996 she was awarded Volunteer of the Year from Good Shepard. In 1988 she was awarded Seymour's Outstanding Citizen. Mildred was proud of the fact that she worked at the food pantry in Seymour for over 30 years and was the first meal sight manager for the Seymour Senior Meal Sight Program. She was involved with the Seymour Senior Center and served as an officer.
    Survivors include her sons, Ronald (Marie) Nelson, Black Creek and Marlin (Judy) Nelson, Seymour; grandchildren: La Vonne Anderson, Debra Nelson, Todd (fiancee Cynthia) Nelson, Cindy (fiancé Jason) Nelson, Jill (Tim) Joly, Keith (Connie) Shilbilski, Brenda Ory; great-grandchildren: Amanda, Rachael, Delila, Joshua, Felicia, Jessica, Nicole, Daniel, Brandon, Katie, Heather, Zack and Kody; four great-great grandchildren.
    Preceded in death by parents, George and Olga (Krueger) Uhlenbrauck, husband, Clarence, sister and brother-in-law, Leola (Harold) Seitz, brother and sister-in-law, Ruben (Doloris) Uhlenbrauck, brothers and sister-in-law, Maynard (Gertrude) Nelson and Edwin Nelson, great-grandson, Taylor Nelson and daughter-in-law, Laverne Nelson.
    Friends may call at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Seymour on Thursday, June 11, 2015 from 9 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. with Pastor Natalie Kramer officiating. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.muehboettcher.com.
    Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour is assisting the family with arrangements.
    In lieu of flowers a memorial fund may be made to the Seymour Food Pantry or Seymour Senior Center.

    Leola A. Seitz, 95, of Black Creek, passed away peacefully Monday evening, August 18, 2014 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Seymour. She was born on February 23, 1919 daughter of the late George and Olga (Krueger) Uhlenbrauck. She was united in marriage on September 30, 1944 to Harold L. Seitz in Black Creek. He preceded her in death on May 1, 2013.
    Leola was a life-long member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Black Creek where she was a past member of the Ladies Aid.
    She was a homemaker her entire life and enjoyed gardening, making rag rugs, and spending time with her family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
    She is survived by her children: Roger (Joan) Seitz, Black Creek; Darlene (Arden) Voigt, Black Creek; Betty (Orland) Koenig, De Pere; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; sister Mildred Nelson, Seymour.
    Leola was preceded in death by her brother, Ruben (Doloris) Uhlenbrauck; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Clarence Nelson, Ervin (Adeline), Melvin, Norman, Clarence, Herbert and Elmyra (Wilbur) Beyer.
    Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Friday, August 22, 2014 from 4-7 p.m. and visitation will continue on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Black Creek from 9:30 a.m. until services at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Steve Schlicht Pastor John Brandt officiating. Entombment will take place at Highland Memorial Park in Appleton.

    Son of George and Olga (Krueger) Uhlenbrauck, Ruben Uhlenbrauck marries Doloris Brockman on September 29, 1945 in Appleton, Wisconsin. The couple celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on September 29, 1995. Doloris preceded Ruben in death on February 26, 2004.
    He farmed until his retirement in 1990 and was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Black Creek, where he served on many committees. He served as a board member on many co-ops and was involved in cemetery work; also serving on the Community Lutheran Cemetery Association board. He was a volunteer fireman for 30 years. Ruben enjoyed bowling and playing cards with family and friends.
    Mr. Uhlenbrauck was preceded in death by his wife; his parents; and brothers-in-law, Clarence Nelson, Orville and Kenneth Brockman.
