    Janet Vanden Elzen, age 88, of De Pere died Saturday March 25, 2006. Jan et was born March 31, 1917, in Goodman, WI, to the late Benjamin and Ma ry (Smith) Fite. Janet married Norbert Vanden Elzen on June 3, 1937, at S t. Francis Catholic Church in De Pere; he preceded her in death on Feb. 2 8, 1995. Norbert and Janet volunteered at Parkview Nursing Home for more t han 25 years. She was a 4-H leader for over 55 years and was the oldest le ader in Brown Co. Janet was one of the founders of the East River Home Mak ers Club, and enjoyed being a part of the Creative Writing Group for ma ny years at the Senior Center. In her later years Janet earned her G.E. D. which she was very proud of.Survivors include her children; Ruth and Leonard "Buddy" Goeben of Green B ay, Raymond and Shirley of De Pere, Allen and Marlene of Green Bay, Tom a nd Joan of Green Bay, grandchildren; Dan and Michelle Goeben, Deborah a nd Mark Niemuth, Denise and Dale Barnsdorf, Janet and Bernard Kaiver, Li sa and Tim Ferry, Tina Vanden Elzen, Chris and Lisa Vanden Elzen, Rene a nd Steve Munzel, Peter and Victoria Vanden Elzen, Rena and Joseph Esposit o, Kym Vanden Elzen, Kirt and Jenny Vanden Elzen, Kelli and Clarence Cran e, Scott Vanden Elzen and his wife Michelle Phillips, Sheri and Richard Mo rrell, 26 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, 3 brothers a nd 2 sisters; Clarence Baumgart, Gladys and James Van Den Langenberg, Evel yn Warpinski, Ralph and Maryann Baumgart, Phillip and Pat Baumgart, 2 brot hers-in-law Charlie Collier and Gale Fenlon.Janet was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother, Jim Fi te, sisters Lillian Collier, Mildred Fenlon and a brother-in-law Francis W arpinski.Family and friends may call at the Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave ., De Pere on Wed. from 5-7 p.m. Wake service 7 p.m. Visitation will conti nue on Thursday at St. Francis Catholic Church 220 S. Michigan from 9-10 a .m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 a.m. wi th the Fr. V. Anthony Dolski officiating.Entombment in the Allouez Cathol ic Mausoleum.     Allen C. VandenElzen, 69, Green Bay, passed away at home on Saturday, June 16, 2012.
    Allen was born June 20, 1942 to the late Norbert and Janet (Fite) VandenElzen. On September 21, 1963 he married Marlene Process. He was the owner and operator of Valley Equipment for over thirty four years. Al enjoyed his work and appreciated all of his loyal customers throughout his career. He always looked forward to creating and helping others with projects, spending time with his family and grandchildren. Al also enjoyed gun collecting, riding his Harleys, photography, fixing up classic cars, and spending time at his cottage with loved ones.
    Survivors include his beloved wife, Marlene; children, Kym VandenElzen; Kirt VandenElzen; Kelli (Clarence) Crane; grandchildren, Makenzie and Evan VandenElzen; Aris and Adra Crane; brothers and sisters, Ruth (Leonard) Goeben; Raynond (Shirley) VandenElzen; Tom (Joan) VandenElzen; brother and sister-in-law, Jerry (Judy) Process, and is also further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
    He was preceded in death by his parents; father and mother-in-law, Elmer and Ione Process.
    Family and friends may call for a Celebration of Allen's Life at the Pfotenhauer Funeral Home and Cremation Service, East-Town Location, 2379 E. Mason Street, on Tuesday, June 19, from 4 until 7 pm. Funeral service 7 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Entombment at Shrine of the Good Shepherd. Online condolences are welcome at www.PfotenhauerFuneralHome.com In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in his name at the funeral home.
