    Koehn, Georgiann R., 79, Appleton, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2009, after being surrounded by her family and loved ones during her last days. She was born on May 15, 1929, to the late George and Annie (Baker) Koehn in Kaukauna, WI. She spent 15 years working at Lawrence University before retiring. She enjoyed volunteering her time at the Thompson Community Center and most recently at St. Vincent de Paul's. She enjoyed spending time up north and was passionate about gardening, birds, her family, the casino and cooking.
    She will be sadly missed by her children: Rose (Kenneth) Rodina, Kathy Rathsack, William (Mary Beth) Knabenbauer, Linda Hanson (significant other Jerry Woelfel), Mary (Dan) Rodarte; her grandchildren: Tom (Lynn) Rathsack, Kenneth Rodina Jr, Tammy Wright, Michael (Kim) Rodina, Carrie (Kory) Schneider, Chad Hanson, Shane (Randi) Knabenbauer, Jeffrey Olsen and Matthew Olsen; great- and step-great-grandchildren: Jessica, Kayla, Troy, Jack, Tyler, Dawson, Elizabeth, London and Ireland; her siblings: Sylvia (Oliver) Miller, Barbara (James) Newton and Jerome (Nancy) Ducat and many nieces, nephews and friends.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters.
    Funeral services for Georgiann will be held at 11 a.m. at GOOD SHEPHERD LUTHERAN CHURCH (2220 E College Ave, Appleton) on Tuesday February 17th. Friends will be received from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Kaukauna.
