    Charles Martin Van Camp, age 19 of Little Chute, died of injuries received in performance of his duty in United States Navy, according to word received from the War Department. The message stated that the burial would take place either at sea or in the locality where the death occurred. He attended St. John's grade school and high school. He enlisted in the Navy August 13, 1942, his parents received a letter from him two weeks ago on which they concluded he was starting for overseas duty.

    The remains of Aviation Ordnance Man Third Class Charles M. Van Camp of World War II deceased member of the Navy from Little Chute are being returned by Military guard from overseas for final burial in Little Chute. Van Camp's body was interned in a military cemetery in the British West Indies. Mr. Martin Van Camp, of Little Chute, had requested his son's body be returned home.

    Sager, Rachel F.Rachel F. Sager, 89, a lifelong resident of Allouez passed away on Tuesd ay July 1, 2003. Rachel was born on March 28, 1914 in Little Chute the dau ghter of the late Martin and Anna (Van Camp) Van Dyke. On August 8, 1939 s he married Arthur Sager and the couple enjoyed over 60 years together. A rt preceded her in death on February 28, 2000. Rachel's family was very im portant to her and she always cherished the moments spent together. She w as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who will be joyfully remember ed and sorrowfully missed. Rachel had a great appreciation of life and alw ays wore a smile on her face. The Blessed Virgin Mary held a special pla ce in her life and was always close to her heart.Rachel is survived by one son and daughter-in-law Dr. Thomas and Sharon Sa ger, Green Bay; one daughter and son-in-law Joan and William Tuley Ill., B radenton, Fla.; three grandchildren Eric (Cindy) Tuley, Land O'Lakes, Fla .; Keith Sager, Portland, Ore.; Scott Sager, Portland, Ore.; two sisters-i n-law Rosella Van Dyke and Leah Koch, a special cousin Joe (Beverly) Van D yke, she is further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friend s.

    Emma Peeters, Parkside Care Center, formerly of 415 E. Main St, Little Chu te, age 86, died early Thursday morning after a short illness. She w as born on April 10, 1910 in Little Chute, daughter of the late Frank a nd Frances (Van Camp) Weyenberg and was reared by Frank's second wife, Mi nnie (Peeters) Weyenberg after the death of Franks first wife. Emma marri ed Clarence Peeters on June 23, 1931. He preceded her in death on M ay 29, 1980. She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church and a memb er of the American Legion Aux. Post 258, for 70 years. Survivors inclu de a brother, Frank "Duce"and Cyrilla "Sis" Weyenberg of Little Chut e, a sister in-law, Alma Weyenberg, Little Chute, further sisters in-la w, Rose Schaefer, Verona Peeters, Agnes Peeters and Josephine Tummet, spec ial nieces and nephew, Mary and Jerry Gloudemans, Little Chute, Carl Weyen berg, Little Chute, Carl and Margaret Peeters, Little Chute, Janice Dekley n, Little Chute, Robert Mary Weyenberg, Menasha and many other nieces a nd nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Clarence Weyenberg, t wo brothers in-law, Frank and Orville Peeters, two sisters in-law, Regi na Gerrits and Anna Miller.
    Minnie died 24 oct.1996 in Little Chute.

Mr.Weyenberg was formerly employed by the Combined Locks Pap er Co.and was the former operator of Weyenberg's Beer and Liquor. He w as also former owner and operator of the River Bar.
