Obituary:
Edward L. Goldenstedt, 83, of the St. Mary Home for the Aged, died Sunday evening at Holy Family Hospital following a short illness. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, the Rev. Harold Brynteson of the Gospel Tabernacle officiating. He was born Nov. 14, 1868, in Manitowoc and always lived in the city. He retired from his work as a carpenter 20 years ago. Survivors are a son, Fred of Marquette, Mich.; two brothers, Fred of Roberts, Wis., and Robert of Jacksonville, Fla.; two grand- childrena and two great grandchildren. Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. Tuesday.

HUSBAND GRANTED DECREE FROM WIFE HE CHARGED WITH CRUELTY TO HIM In circuit court today Judge Kirwan granted a divorce to Edward Goldenstedt from his wife, Alice, the husband alleging cruel treatment in his complaint. Under a stipulation entered into by the parties Goldenstedt will pay $10 per month to the support of each of two minor children, and will be given permission to see the children when he desires.
