    Obituary:
    Don L. Jury, age 88, of Appleton, joined his beloved wife Terry in heaven on Saturday, March 14, 2015. Don was born in Appleton on September 30, 1926 to the late Lewis and Gertrude (Bastjan) Jury. He graduated with the class of 1942 at Appleton High School.
    After high school, Don proudly served his country with the United States Navy during World War II. He then attended the University of Wisconsin Madison Law school, graduating in 1953. In 1954, he was united in marriage to Theresa Pulda and they were blessed with two sons and a marriage of over 50 years. In 1954, Don became the City Attorney of Appleton until 1964 when he went into his own private practice for the rest of his career. Don was a member of the Appleton Elks Club for many years and also an active member at First English Lutheran Church, Appleton. Don will forever be remembered as an upstanding, respected attorney as well as a most loving husband, father and friend to many. Prior to Theresa passing in 2006 with ALS, they were fortunate to travel quite extensively. He and Terry also made family a priority, making wonderful memories to forever cherish. Their grandchildren were their proudest life achievement.
    Don is survived by two sons: Jon (Tracie) Jury, Port Orange, FL and Matthew (Gina) Jury, Green Bay; 2 grandchildren: Timothy and Hannah Jury; and his brother, Maurie (Carrie) Jury, Appleton. He is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Theresa, three brothers: Stanley (Rosemary) Jury, Raymond (Lois) Jury, Emmerson (Virginia) Jury, and two sisters, Ramona (Frank)Steenis and Gloria (Milton) Tourkakis.
    There will be a private immediate family service to celebrate his life.
    The family would like to extend a special thank you and much gratitude to Don's guardian angels - Bryan and Rachel Schauf and their two beautiful daughters, Alaina and Claire.
