He was born Feb. 15, 1864 in Sparta and operated a farm before his retirement 17 years ago. Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Leo Berres and Mrs. Edward Flynn, both of Kenosha; and Mrs. Michael Faust, Kaukauna; three sons, Harry, Wisconsin Rapids; Alban and Norbert, Kenosha; one brother, Henry of Menasha; two half brothers, Theodore Mickie, Wrightstown and Herman Mickie, St. Cloud, Minn.; three sisters, Mrs. Peter Rademacher, Kaukauna; Mrs. Joseph Peters, Rudolph and Mrs. Martin Peters, Portland, Ore., 17 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Henry J. Wilpolt, 84, 26 Main St. a member of Menasha's volunteer fire department for 37 years, died at 2:30 Sunday afternoon after being in poor health for a year. He was born July 28, 1872, in Sparta and h ad lived in Menasha for 55 years, coming from Kaukauna.He had been employed at the Menasha Wooden Ware for 50 years before retiring. He retired from volunteer fire service in 1941 when the paid department was established although he served as vacation relief fireman during the war years. He was a member of the Eagles, Catholic Order of Foresters and of Holy Name Society of St. Mary's Church. Funeral services will be he ld at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Kaukauna. Solemn Requiem mass will be held tues day morning at 9 a.m. at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic church wi th the Rev. Fr. Francis Paquette of Virginia officiating. Burial wi ll be in Calvary cemetery, Cloquet.Mrs Micke was born June 23, 1881 in Hollandtown, Wis. he lived in McGreg or for a time where he operated a resort, coming to Cloquet in 1926. He w as employed by the Northwestern Paper Co. for 20 years prior to his retire ment. He was a member of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart parish.
