    Vande Hei, John W. “Bud’’John W. “Bud’’ Vande Hei, 83, De Pere, died Friday March 15, 2002, aft er an extended illness. He was born July 9, 1918, to the late George and A nna (Kerkoff) Vande Hei. John and Frances (Vissers) were married on Sep t. 27, 1941. The couple celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 199 1. He was employed by Armour & Co. for 20 years, then farmed in the Greenl eaf area until his retirement. “Bud’’ also served in the Marines during Wo rld War II from 1944 to 1945 before being Honorably Discharged. He w as on the Board of Directors of Progressive Farmers for 15 years. “Bud’’ w as a member and ushered at St. Francis Xavier Parish, DePere, a memb er of the Golden “K’’, Catholic Knights, and Greenleaf Branch Catholic Ord er of Foresters.He is survived by sons, Bill (Janice), De Pere; Dan, Green Bay; Randall (A nna), Green Bay; six grandchildren, Lisa (John) Roosa, Casey (Rick) Getach ow, Teri (Kevin) Diny, Jeanne (Dean) Wall, Danielle Vande Hei, and Scott ( Tina) Vande Hei; five great-grandchildren, Sam and Mariah Wall, Emily a nd Nicholas Diny, and Chloe Getschow.     Raymond "Ray" A. Van De Hei, age 87, of Seymour passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2014. He was born September 17, 1926 a son of the late George and Ann (Kerkhoff) Van De Hei.
    Ray was united in marriage to Grace Kempen on June 9, 1949 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Freedom.
    He was an active member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Seymour.
    Ray worked as a mason and dairy farmed most of his life. He later worked for Outagamie County until his retirement.
    One of his favorite things to do was going out to the farm with the boys. He also enjoyed bowling, playing cards, going to basketball games, and his grandchildren's sporting events. Ray loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
    Ray is survived by his wife, Grace; 11 children: Richard (Shirley) Van De Hei, Freedom; Roy (Christine) Van De Hei, Seymour; Marge (Richard) Matuszak, Seymour; Thomas (Nancy) Van De Hei, Seymour; Dale (Julie) Vande Hei, Black Creek; Susan (Rick) Mikle, Gillett; Dennis (Jill) Van De Hei, Seymour; Mark (Kerri) Van De Hei, Seymour; Michael (Dar) Van De Hei, Seymour; Sandra (James) Hermus, Seymour; and James (Cindy) Van De Hei, Seymour; 32 grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren. Further survived by sisters-in-law: Rose Van De Hei, Marcella Van De Hei, Alice Van De Hei, and Rosemary Van De Hei; brothers-in-law: Robert (Arlene) Kempen, Francis (Anna Marie) Kempen, and sister-in-law, Marian Fischer. Ray is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
    He was preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law Dale Kasten; 7 brothers: Harold, Kenneth, Arthur, John, Clarence, Donald, and Alvin; in-laws: Raymond Kempen, Clarence Kempen, Bertha Schuh, and Stella Calmes
    Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 from 4 pm to 8 pm with a parish prayer service at 7:30 pm. Visitation will continue at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Seymour, on Thursday, April 10, 2014 from 9 am until the funeral mass at 11 am with Father Bob Kabat and Deacon Rich Matuszak officiating. Entombment will take place at Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum, Green Bay.

    Ralph J. Vande Hei, age 64 of Green Bay passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday November 5, 2012. He was born on December 26, 1947 in De Pere to the late Harold and Agnes Vande Hei. Ralph was a 1966 graduate of Abbot Pennings High School in De Pere. He retired from Fort Howard Paper (Georgia Pacific) after 38 years of service to the company. Ralph enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
    He is survived by his children; Kim (Andy) Mussfeldt, Cameron Vande Hei, Jeff Vande Hei, Brian Vande Hei, and Kevin Vande Hei. Ralph is further survived by his granddaughters. Alyssa and Rianna, as well as his sister Mary Bain, his brother Larry (Sally) Vande Hei and brother in law Jim Hockers.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Margie Hockers and his brother in law Bernie Bain.
    Friends may call at the RYAN FUNERAL HOME 305 N. Tenth Street in De Pere from 11am - 1pm on Friday November 9, 2012. A service for Ralph will be held at 1pm with Fr.     Harvey A. Vande Hei, 65, Appleton, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 25, 2007, at Cherry Meadows. He was born Aug. 14, 1942, to the late Arthur and Frances (Ambrosius) Vande Hei, in Green Bay and grew up in De Pere, where he graduated from West De Pere High School. Following his graduation he attended North East Wisconsin Technical College, where he received his Associates Degree. Harv had been employed by Murphy Concrete and Construction, as Human Resources Manager, for 42 years, retiring in 2007. Harv's greatest joy was playing the game of golf.
    Survivors include his wife, Mary (Vieau) Vande Hei, to whom he had been married for 39 years; four children, Sara (Steven) Lonsway, Appleton; Andrew "Andy" (Emily) Vande Hei, Hartford; Luke (Amy) Vande Hei, Appleton; Megan (Brian) Reimer, West Allis; five grandchildren, Hanna, Maggie, Katherine, McKenna, Keegan and one on the way; two brothers, Jerry (Karon) Vande Hei, Todd (Gina) Vande Hei; seven sisters, Carol (John) Whitehouse, Patricia (Bill) Derouin, Kathleen (Guy) Achten, Deloris Van Lanen, Joyce (Jerry) Krull, Virginia (Bob) Kennedy, Elaine Doxtator; nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.
    He was preceded in death by an infant brother, Richard.
    Funeral services for Harvey will be held at 7 p.m., Friday, Sept. 28, 2007, at the funeral home, with Reverend Dr. Tom Fritz officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 p.m. Friday, until the time of the service.
    In lieu of flowers, memorial funds have been established for the Martha Seikman Center, Cherry Meadows, Fox Valley Neuroscience (Dr. James Marotz and his staff).

    Vernon "Butch" Vande Hei, 61, of Abrams, died unexpectedly on Friday evening, February 15, 2013 at a Green Bay hospital. The son of Rosemary (Vercauteren) Vande Hei and the late Alvin Vande Hei was born December 9, 1951 in Green Bay. He was a graduate of West De Pere High School, Class of 1970. Butch was self-employed and was involved in multiple businesses, including real estate. He enjoyed golf, hunting, and fishing with his grandchildren. Butch was happiest while working with his heavy equipment. Butch had a colorful way of twisting a phrase.
    His family includes his two children, Rob Vande Hei and Cherie (Jon) Cadieux, grandchildren, Nathan and Adam Cadieux, fiancé, Nancy Jensen, Butch's mother, Rosemary Vande Hei, siblings, Alois "Snuffy" (Sandy) Vande Hei, David (Connie) Vande Hei, Janet (Brian) Hart, Julie Vande Hei (special friend, Larry Hamilton), Jeff (Connie) Vande Hei, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin.
    Family and friends may call at RYAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY , 305 North Tenth Street, De Pere, from 2:00 to 6:00 pm on Tuesday February 19, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home with Father Jay Fostner, O. Praem., officiating. Please visit www.ryanfh.com to send online condolences to the Vande Hei family.     Alois (Snuffy) Vande Hei, 57, of Lakewood, passed away at his home on June 1, 2013 under the care of Unity Hospice. He was born on May 12, 1956 to RoseMary (Vercauteren) Vande Hei and the late Alvin Vande Hei. He was a 1974 graduate of West DePere High School.
    Snuffy Moved to Lakewood, Wisconsin in 1990 and started his towing and salvage business, Lakewood Truck and Auto, LLC. He Married Sandra on May 12, 1993 (his birthday, so he would never forget the date).
    He is survived by: Wife; Sandra Vande Hei, children; Heather and Charles Vande Hei, step-sons; Steven (Gina) Linssen and Kevin Linssen, mother; Rosemary Vande Hei and siblings; David (Connie) Vande Hei, Janet (Brian) Hart, Julie Vande Hei (Larry Hamilton), and Jeff (Connie) Vande Hei Also many nieces and nephews.
    He is preceded in death by his father, Alvin and brother, Vernon (Butch).
