    Obituary:
    Daniel "Danno" Joseph Verheyden, 18, of Denmark died suddenly in a car accident, Tuesday July 17, 2007. Dan was born July 20, 1988 and is the son of Dale and Pamela (Blaser) Verheyden, Town of Cooperstown. Dan had a love and passion for fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, cars, trucks, and he loved to fix everything. Dan graduated from Denmark High School in 2006 and planned to attend NWTC in the fall in the auto mechanics program. He was employed by Kane Auto Service.
    He is survived by his parents; his brother, Adam Verheyden and special friend, Kim Skor; Dan's special friend, Brianna Boncher; his grandmother, Amy Verheyden; and his aunts and uncles: Larry and Nona Calaway, Monica and Allan Seidler, David and Patti Blaser, Debby Schultz, Scott and Michelle Blaser, Richard and Kathy Verheyden, Larry and Heidi Mours, Mary Jo Molzahn and special friend, Denny Firgens, Gary Verheyden, Karen and Ron Bruntjens, Jan (Godmother) and Bernie Bukouricz, Lynn Verheyden, Wayne Verheyden (Godfather), Mark Verheyden and special friend, Dana Bartran, and Julie Verheyden and special friend, Joe Truttman.
    Dan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jerry and Lois Blaser, and Irvin Verheyden.
    Family and friends may call at the Knutson-Cotter Funeral Home, 536 Cty R, Denmark from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday. A wake service will be held at 8 p.m. to conclude the time of visitation. Visitation will continue on Saturday at All Saints Catholic Church from 9 to 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday at the church with Fr. Ron Colombo officiating.
    The family respectfully requests no flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Dan's honor.
    Dan was a fun-loving guy who loved life and loved to make everyone laugh. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
