    Obituary:
    Eathen E. Brewster, 68, 400 W. Division St., Kaukauna, died at 2:50 a.m. Tuesday after a long illness. He was born in Kaukauna June 29, 1892 and lived there all of his life. Mr. Brewster belonged to the American Legion for 41 years and was a past Commander. He also was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Holy Name Society and International Association of Machinists and Local 147. He was an alderman of the First Ward for many years and was a Secretary of the Utility Commission for 18 years. Mr. Brewster was a Trustee of the Holy Cross Church for thirty years. He was a veteran of World War I.
    Survivors include his widow, Emelia; four daughters, Miss Geraldine Brewster, Mrs. Joseph Bergeron, Miss Florence Brewster, Miss Margaret Brewster, all of Kaukauna; three sons, Robert, Saginaw, Mich., Francis, Sun Prairie, Wis., and James, U.S. Army in Maryland; a brother, Michael, Appleton.
    Four sisters, Mrs. John Bowers, Appleton, Mrs. Dorothy Rieth, Granada Hills, Cal., Miss Oniska Brewster, Los Angeles, Cal., Miss Marge Brewster, Laguna Beach, Cal., and six grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be held at 9:30 Thursday morning at Holy Cross church, Kaukauna, with burial in the Holy Cross cemetery. Rev. Andrew Quella will officiate. Mr. Brewster will be accorded full military honors.
    Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Fargo Funeral Home, Kaukauna with Rosary at 8 p.m.

    Geraldine Molda, age 93, of Appleton, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2013 at Appleton Medical Center. She was born on September 5, 1920, in Kaukauna, the daughter of the late Eathen and Emelia (Jennick) Brewster. Geri attended Holy Cross Catholic School and graduated from Kaukauna High School in 1938. On April 13, 1972, she married Walter Molda at St. Paul Catholic Church in Combined Locks. Geri was a faithful member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Appleton. She retired from Thilmany after 40 years of employment. Wally and she were avid travelers and enjoyed traveling the country. Colonial Williamsburg was their favorite place to visit. They were very involved with the ABC Program in Chicago. Geri was a very talented seamstress.
    Geri is survived by her sister, Florence Brewster of Kaukauna; brothers: James (Dolores) Brewster of Piedmont, California and Francis Brewster of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and dear niece, Sue Bergeron of Kaukauna. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews along with their families. Geri had many special friends, Ed and Linda Heyes, Becky and Wayne Schmalz, Shelly Tauber, Sheila Duffy and Jerry Smith.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, Wally Molda; sisters: Mary (Joseph) Bergeron and Margaret Brewster; brother, Bob (Mary Ellen) Brewster; and nephew, Bob Bergeron.
    The funeral liturgy for Geraldine will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, December 4, 2013, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 1810 N. McDonald Street in Appleton. Fr. Gerald Falk and Fr. Bob Vandenberg will be officiating. Interment will take place at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Appleton.     Age 79. Mary Bergeron died peacefully with her family at her side at Park side Care Center in Little Chute. She was born to the late Eathen and Emi lia Brewster on February 25, 1922. Mary and Joseph Begeron, who preced ed her in death in 1993, were married at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Kau kauna on September 9, 1944 and were happily married for 49 years. She wor ked for 25 years as a book keeper for Look's drugstore.     Brewster Sr., Robert E.
    Robert E. Brewster Sr. died on Friday, March 30, 2007, in Jackson, MI. Bob was born in Kaukauna on November 18, 1925, the son of Eathen E. and Emilia (Jennick) Brewster. He was preceded in death by Mary Ellen (Capeling), his wife of 35 years. He was a graduate of Kaukauna High School and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Bob was a veteran of the U.S. Marines and served with the 1st Division in the Pacific for four years during World War II. He was retired from Consumer Power Company after 36 years of service.
    During his retirement he enjoyed making many trips to the western states and Alaska with his brother to fly fish and photograph the sites. Besides his hobby of photography, Bob loved family gatherings with his children and siblings, where he was always in demand as a gourmet cook.
    Bob is survived by three children: Col. Robert E. Jr. (Sharon), Alexandria, VA; Philip J. (Betty), Sleepy Hollow, IL; and Jennifer J., Jackson, MI. He is further survived by three grandchildren: Jessica, Zachary and Bobby; three sisters: Geri (Walter) Molda, Appleton; Florence and Margaret, Kaukauna; brothers: Francis, Colorado Springs; James (Dolores) Piedmont, CA; a niece, Sue Bergeron, Kaukauna; other nieces and nephews. He is further survived by his wife's brothers and sister: Phillip (Faith), Peter (Sue) and Suzanne (B.A.) Seymour, all of Michigan.
    Besides his wife, Bob was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Mary H. Bergeron, brother-in-law, Jos. C. Bergeron; nephew, Robert J. Bergeron.
    The concelebrated Mass was held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 3 at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church in Jackson with interment at Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, MI. A memorial has been established in Bob's name at 1000 Islands Environmental Center.

    Margaret Brewster, age 78, passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2011, following a brief illness. Maggie was born in the home she currently resided in on July 18, 1932, daughter of the late Eathen and Emilia (Jennick) Brewster. As a young girl, she attended Holy Cross School in Kaukauna and at Kaukauna High School developed a love for art. She attended University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley and University of Wisconsin-Madison where she continued her study of art, but was called home before graduation due her father's illness. Margaret began work as a graphic artist at the Locks Mill, but always kept up her painting. She retired from the mill in 1990.
    Maggie became a renowned artist throughout Wisconsin, and was best known for her watercolors, oils, and portraits. She exhibited and sold her work all over North America, including the Milwaukee Museum of Art, Minnesota Capitol Rotunda, Hardy Gallery in Ephraim, Neville Museum, Weidner Center, and Lambeau Field Atrium in Green Bay, and in Pike's Peak, Colorado. She is listed in the Who's Who in American Art, and was instrumental in beginning Kaukauna's Creative Art Group. She also chaired the art show at Thousand Islands Nature Center for almost twenty years.
    Margaret was a member of the Friends of Thousand Islands, Kaukauna Historical Society, Kaukauna Creative Arts Group, Bay Area Watercolor Guild, Wisconsin Painters and Sculptors, National Museum of Women in the Arts, and 1000 Friends of Wisconsin.
    She leaves behind two sisters: Florence Brewster of Kaukauna and Geri Molda of Appleton; two brothers: Francis Brewster of Colorado Springs and James (Dolores) Brewster of Piedmont, California. There are also four nieces: Sue Bergeron of Kaukauna; Elizabeth (Kevin) Stover of Evanston, Illinois and his daughter Emily; Jennifer Brewster of Jackson, Michigan; and Julie Brewster of Colorado Springs and her daughters Christina and Alicia. Her six nephews are: Robert (Sharon) Brewster, Jr. of Alexandria, Virginia and their son Bobby; Philip (Betty) Brewster of Sleepy Hollow, Illinois and their children Jessica and Zach; James A. Brewster Jr. of Oakland, California and their daughter Lauren; Rick (Debra) Brewster of Green Mountain Valley, Colorado and their sons Jason and Alex; David (Beth) Brewster of Brownsville, Minnesota and their daughters Payton and Sawyer; and Joe Brewster of Minneapolis.
    Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, a sister: Mary (Joseph) Bergeron; a brother: Robert (Mary Ellen) Brewster; a sister-in-law: Nancy Brewster; a brother-in-law: Walter Molda; and a nephew: Robert Bergeron.
    The funeral liturgy for Maggie will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 6, 2011, at HOLY CROSS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 309 Desnoyer Street in Kaukauna with Fr. Tom Pomeroy officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Monday morning from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial funds are being established for Thousand Islands Nature Center and the Kaukauna Public Library.

    Obituary:
    Bob Bergeron passed away on Friday, June 2, 2006, at the Appleton Medical Center, following a lengthy battle with diabetes. Bob was 60. Bob was born June 30, 1945, in Appleton, son of the late Joseph and Mary (Brewster) Bergeron. He was a graduate of the Kaukauna High School and Fox Valley Technical College. Bob worked at various auto parts stores in the valley, including Automotive Supply and NAPA Auto Parts. He was also a well-known writer and photographer at race tracks across the Midwest, and had had a weekly column in Checkered Flag Racing News. He was a rabid sports fan and traveled extensively to attend races and ball games. Bob was happiest on the infield of any track from Indianapolis to Daytona, and all the small tracks in between. He also fondly remembered attending the original "Ice Bowl" in Green Bay and walking across the parking lot to attend a hockey game at the arena the same day. When his illness no longer allowed him to travel, he kept up on sports through television and his computer. Bob was the "Answer man" for people across the country to contact with questions about auto racing.
    Survivors include his sister: Susan Bergeron of Kaukauna; several aunts and uncles: Florence Brewster, Margaret Brewster, and Madylyn Bergeron, all of Kaukauna; Geri (Walter) Molda of Appleton; Jim (Juletta) Bergeron of Kimberly; Millie (Roger) Olm of Reedsville; Francis Brewster of Colorado Springs; Robert E. Brewster, Sr. of Jackson, Michigan; James (Dolores) Brewster of Piedmont, California; as well as numerous cousins and friends across the country.
