William A. Larson, Menasha, age 50, died suddenly on Friday October 22, 20 04. Bill was born April 24, 1954 to the late Theodore and Bernice (Hietpa s) Larson in Little Chute, WI. He enlisted into the U.S. Air Force on Ju ne 28, 1972 and served until his honorable discharge on August 10, 1975. B ill married the former Yong Kim on July 30, 1970 at the U.S. Embassy in Ko rea. Together they raised two children. She survives. He was presently emp loyed at EDL Corp. working as an Electrical Controls Engineer. Bill w as a man devoted to family and church. In his earlier years, he had enjoy ed working as a lay deacon and a Sunday school teacher. Bill was present ly an active member of Peace United Methodist Church.He is survived by his wife, Yong Larson; his daughter, Veronica (fiance, J esse Burshem) Larson; his son, Ted (Amy) Larson; three brothers, Jerry (Ma ry) Larson, Don Larson and Jack (Lori) Larson and two sisters, Carol Quant ice and Linda Sprangers.He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers in law, Ron Quan tice and Fred Sprangers.Bill's funeral service will be 11 a.m. on Saturday October 29, 2004 at PEA CE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 2300 Wisconsin Avenue, Kaukauna with Rev. Timo thy J. Albrecht officiating. Friends will be received on Saturday at Chur ch from 9 a.m. until the time of service. All are welcome to process to S t. Mary's Cemetery for committal prayers. Full Military Burial Rites wi ll be performed at the cemetery by the VFW 3319. A memorial is being estab lished in Bill's name.
