    From: rundgren@appns.com Hi, My name is Janice Sershon Rundgren (b: 1947) and I am the daught er of Eugene (Gene) Sershon (b: 1915), who is the son of Paul (Howard) Ser shon (b: 1888). I ran across your website and message on RootsWeb and bel ieve that I probably have a large amount of information regarding the Sers hon family tree dating back to the early1800's in Brampton, Ontario, Canad a. In reviewing my records, I believe that Anita Sershon was the daught er of Lewis Sershon (b: 1875 in Kenosha, Wisconsin) and Annie Kohl (b: ? ), and the granddaughter of John Sershon, Jr. (b: 1848 in Brampton, Ontari o, Canada) and Mary McConnell (b: 1849 in Lake County, Illinois) and great -granddaughter of John Sershon, Sr. (b: @1810 in Ireland, I think and immi grated to Canada) and Julia Jackson (b: @1818 in Ireland also, I think, a nd immigrated to Canada). I believe that my grandfather, Howard Sersho n, and Anita's father, Lewis Sershon were brothers and had six other sibli ngs. I also know that Lewis and Annie had four children, Anita, Mario n, Willard and Bradford and that parts of this family ended up in and arou nd Manitowoc, where many are buried and I believe, some are still living.If you would like to contact me regarding this history, please let me kno w. Perhaps you may have some information that I don't and, as you obvious ly know, any little bit helps. I live in Illinois (Lake County) and wou ld like to hear from you.
