    Gillette, JoAnn M.JoAnn M. Gillette, Appleton, age 62, passed away suddenly at her home in A ppleton. She was born on June 13, 1943 in Appleton to Ralph and Marie (Pee renboom) Gillette. JoAnn graduated from Kaukauna High School and also rece ived a degree as a Registered Nurse. She was a very kind, compassionate pe rson who was always ready to help family and friends.JoAnn is survived by her mother, Marie Gillette, brother, Chuck(Chieko) Gi llette, brother-in- law, Joe Van Hammond, family friend, Joanne Ogiba-Raym er, God child, Jenny Harkness and many close cousins: especially Marion (B ill) Marvin and family, LeRoy (Ceceilia) DeBruin and family, and Joanne Ve rbeten and her family.JoAnn was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Gillette, her sister, Ma ry Ann Van Hammond, and God parents: John "Gene" (Nettie) De Bruin.The Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2005, 4 p.m. at Sac red Heart Catholic Church, 222 E. Fremont St. Appleton, with Fr. Robert Ka ruhn officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 3 p.m. until the t ime of the Mass.
