  News Mention (Family): Joyce and John Meyer John and Joyce Meyer will celebrate 50 years of marriage on February 15, 2005. The former Joyce VandenHeuvel and John were married at St. Therese Catholic Church in Appleton, Rev. M.A. Hauch presiding. The Meyers have resided in Appleton and Neenah since their marriage, and have enjoyed wintering in Cape Coral, FL for many years. Joyce was employed by First National Bank and John by Utility Clearing Company. In 1963, they founded Meyer Services, Inc., a utility construction company. John and Joyce are loving and dedicated parents to five children: Debra (Mark) Harvat, Sandra (Craig) Schaub, Daniel (Therese) Meyer, Paul (Kathryn) Meyer, Amy (Dennis) Schucknecht.
