  News Mention (Family): Appleton Couple to Wed In Candlelight Ceremony MISS ERNICE LOPER daugh ter of Mr. and Mrs. Oscai; Loeper, 123 S Outaganaie street, will become the bride of Harry Witter, son of Mr. and Mrs. S. S. Witter, 123 S Douglas street, in a candelight ceremonv at 8 o'clock this evening at the home of the bridge's parents. The Rev. Philip A. Froehlke, pastor of St Matthew Evangelical Lutheran church, will perform the ceremony. Attendants will be Miss Violette Behnke and William Witter. A wedding dinner will be served prior to the ceremony, and a reception will follow the latter. The bride was graduated from Appleton High school and was em- ployed with the Wisconsin Fur factory. Mr. and Mrs. Witter will reside in Flint, Mich., where the bridegroom is shipping clerk at the Atlantic and Pacific Tea company.
