  News Mention (Family): MARRIES ON PARENTS' SILVER WEDDING DAY Miss Beatrice Brainard of Kimberly, Is Bride of Appleton Man Special to Post-Crescent Kimberly - The marriage of Miss Beatrice Brainard, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Brainard of Kimberly. and Joseph Spilker. son of Mrs. Mary Spilker of Appleton, took place at 9 o'clock Tuesday morning at Holy Name church. The Rev. F. X. Van Nistleroy performed the ceremony. The attendants were Miss Arline Brainard. sister of the bride and Joseph Bellin of Appleton. A reception was held at the home of the bride's parents for relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Spilker will live at 803 W. Eighth-st, at Appleton. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Brainard, parents of the bride, also celebrated their twenty-fifth wedding anniversary Tuesday. Mrs. Brainard, who was formerly Miss Elizabeth Van Roy of Appleton, was married to Charles Brainard in 1902 at St. Mary's church by Msgr. W. J. Fitzmaurice. They resided at Appleton fourteen years before moving to Kimberly. Out of town guests were: Mrs. Mary Spilker and son John and daughter Mary, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Van Roy and daughter Evelyn and son Donald, Mr. and Mrs. John Van Roy, Mrs. Anne Rietzner and daughter Julia and son Joseph, Mr. and Mrs. Royal Brainard and daughter Nina, Mrs. George Phillips. Mr. and Mrs. E. Thompson and daughter Lydia, Harvey Brainard. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Tennie, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Hickenbothem and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Schultz of Appleton, Mr. and Mrs. A. F.
