Miss Catherine Wood Is Wed to Walter Fountain Miss Catherine Wood, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John H. Wood, 1113 N. State street, became the bride of Walter F. Fountain, 820 W. Fifth street, in a ceremony performed at 8 o'clock this morning in St. Therese Catholic church by. the Bev. M. A. Hauch. The bride's twpo sisters, Maybelle and Jeanette Wood, attended her, and Robert Fountain was his brother's best man. Mr. Wood gave his daughter in marriage, and Lester Balliet sang during the ceremony. About 25 guests, members of the immediate families, attended the wedding dinner at the Hotel Northern. A reception is being held at the home of the bride's parents this afternoon. Among the out-of-town guests here for the wedding are Mr. and Mrs. Michael Brisch, Chicago; and Mr. and Mrs. John Fountain and Alvin Shroble, Wauwatosa. When they return in about 10 days from their honeymoon, which will be spent in Chicago, Mr. Fountain and his bride will live at 1035 W. Harris street.
