  Henry Jonen, 82, who lived with his daughter at 1727 S. Lawe street, died Friday evening after a year's illness. He was born April 27, 1877, in Kaukauna and had farmed in the town of Buchanan until his retirement 15 years ago. For the last eight years he had lived with his daughter, Mrs. Edward C. Jansen. The Jonen farm has been in the family for 99 years. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Jansen, Mrs. George E. Schmidt, Kaukauna, and Mrs. Hilary Maier, Sherwood; four sons, Sylvester, route 4, Appleton, Clarence, Kaukauna, and Frank, Green Bay; 22 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary Catholic church, Kaukauna, with burial in the parish cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the Greenwood Funeral home, Kaukauna, where the rosary will be said at 8 p.m. Sunday. Appleton Post Crescent, Sat., Oct. 31, 1959 pg. A16
