  Raymond Haase, formerly of Kimberly, passed away on his 95th birthday, July 12, 2007, at the Anna John Nursing Home in Oneida. Ray was born July 12, 1912, in Appleton, son of the late Arthur and Lena (Pingle) Haase. On September 25, 1934, he married the former Marie Seegers; she preceded him in death on July 28, 1995. Raymond retired from the Kimberly Mill in the mid 1970s, after many years of operating heavy equipment there. Many will remember Ray as a master builder and fix-it man. Ray and Marie also enjoyed traveling around the country, and spent many winters in Florida. He is survived by two sons: Daryl (Darlene) Haase and Raymond (Linda) Haase, both of Freedom; eleven grandchildren: Sheryl (Greg) Verstegen, Rick (Brenda) Haase, Sarah (Pete) Linzmeier, Rob (Paula) Haase, Jamie (Betsy) Haase, Chris (Becky) Haase, Matt Haase, Dion (Shannon) Haase, Dana (Brad) Dickrell, Jason (Sarah) Haase, and Heather (Jay) Coonen; twenty great-grandchildren; two brothers-in-law: Louis (Catherine) Seegers and Herman Seegers; three sisters-in-law: Lucina Seegers, Lillian (Joe) Seegers, and Rose Seegers. Other survivors include many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. Ray was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Marie, a daughter Joyce, sons Sheldon and Michael, a grandson, brothers Wallace and Lawrence, and several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Audrey Seegers, Jacobine Hopfensperger (Rich) Buechler, Betty Leitzke (Fritz) Van Dyke, Louise (Matt) Wildenberg, Clarence Seegers, John (Regina) Seegers, and Albert (Rose) Seegers. The funeral liturgy for Ray will be held at 5 p.m. on Monday, July 16, 2007, at HOLY SPIRIT PARISH-KIMBERLY, 600 East Kimberly Avenue, with Fr. David Belongea officiating. Interment will be in Holy Angels Cemetery in Darboy. Friends may call directly at the church on Monday from 3 p.m. until the hour of the service. Jansen Fargo Funeral Home 204 E.
