  Mrs. Grace C. Lemberger, age 90, of 232 Menasha Ave., Whitelaw, died unexpectedly Thursday, April 18, 2002 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 22, 2002 at Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home of Kellnersville and at 10:30 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church, Whitelaw. The Rev. Richard Heymen will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will follow at the parish cemetery. Grace was born July 7, 1911 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Sylvester and Theresa Pritzl Rohrer. She grew up in Manitowoc and was educated at St. Boniface Catholic School. Before her marriage, Grace worked as a beautician in Manitowoc. She married Anton Lemberger on Nov. 22, 1932 at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The couple moved to Whitelaw, where they owned and operated Lemberger's Grocery Store. He preceded her in death on Nov. 4, 1970. After Anton's death, Grace worked at Holy Family Hospital in Manitowoc. Grace was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church and St. Michael Christian Mothers. She enjoyed gardening and going to the cabin in Vilas County to fish and watch wildlife. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: Vernon and Betty Lemberger, Whitelaw; Tony and Char Lemberger, Littleton, Colo.; one daughter: Judy Brooks, Miami, Fla.; one son-in-law: Patrick Ford, Pewaukee; two sisters-in-law: Olive Rohrer, Manitowoc; Alyce Lemberger, Whitelaw; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. Grace was preceded in death by her husband: Anton; daughter: Luana Ford; granddaughter: Tammy Ford; three sisters: Marian Levendusky, Florence Theisen, Virginia Willman; and two brothers: Sylvester Rohrer and Robert Rohrer. Relatives and friends may call at Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home of Kellnersville on Sunday from 4 to 7:30 p.m. and on Monday from 9 to 10 a.m. Father Heymen will pray the rosary at 6 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home. The family would like to thank the Rev. Ronald Reimer, the staff in the emergency room at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center and the third floor staff for their care of Grace.   EHESCHLIESSUNG: Wedding Announcement, M.H.T.R - from Agnes Birringer - 9/91 ROHRER-LEMBERGER - A nuptial mass celebrated by the Rev Henry Letz at the St Andrew Catholic Church at 9 o'clock this morning, united in marriage, Miss Grace Rohrer, daughter of Mr and Mrs Sylvester Rohrer, 1615 Columbus Street, and Anton Lemberger Jr, son of Mr and Mrs Anton Lemberger Sr., Whitelaw. Miss Monica Rank attended her cousin as maid of honor and Miss Agnes Pinger was bridesmaid. Best man was George Lemberger, brother of the groom, and groomsman was George Schamburek. Dinner was served to 50 guests at the Rohrer home. The couple will be away on a brief wedding trip and will make their home at Whitelaw. The groom, who has a barber shop there, is opening a grocery store in addition. Mrs Lemberger was formerly an operator at the Nelson beauty shop.
