  Notes	Catherine was 2 years old when she came to the U.S.. Her father, mother and sister, Johanna sailed from Bremerhaven, Germany to Baltimore MD in 1882.They arrived in Loretto, TN on 18 Feb 1882 and lived there for 8 years.On 15 Mar 1890 they moved to Freeport MN. Esther was the first of Catherine's delivered by a doctor. At that time she was told she had one good lung and one lung the size of a two year old. Catherine had diabetes and died of complications of that disease.
