  Wickesberg, Vivian E. Vivian E. Wickesberg, age 81, of Appleton, passed away Sunday afternoon, March 30, 2008. She was born November 16, 1926, to the late Walter and Mabel (Sharp) Wickesberg in Black Creek and had been an Appleton resident since the age of 18. Vivian had been employed at the Outagamie County Courthouse, the Institute of Paper Chemistry, Riverside Greenhouse and for an attorney in the Strobl Building. She enjoyed flowers, gardening writing and travel. Vivian is survived by two sisters: Betty Wickesberg, Black Creek; Mary (Jim) Shepard, Shiocton; two godchildren: Rita Barke, Gillett; Karen Marx, Montana; a brother-in-law, Wilmer (Betty) Beyer; and other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three sisters: Violet Wickesberg, Marjorie Wickesberg and Gladys Beyer; four brothers: Dallas, Milton, Walter and Richard Wickesberg. The funeral service for Vivian will be held at 3 p.m., Thursday, April 3, 2008, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Appleton Highland Memorial Park.
