  Donald Wall, 68, Little Chute, passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2008, at Appleton Medical Center. Don was the son of the late George and Elvira (Murphy) Wall of Kimberly, born on August 5, 1939, in Appleton. Don married Josephine Bryll on April 17, 1971, in Sheboygan, WI. He graduated from Kimberly High School in 1958. Don worked many jobs: Kimberly Police Department, Appleton Wire Works, Badger Highways, before retiring in 1997 from the Outagamie County Sheriff's Department as a Correctional Officer for 24 years in the Huber and Jail Section. Don also owned and operated "Don's Small Engine" for many years. Don loved going to the casino, playing bingo, hunting, fishing, and being with his family. Don is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Josephine; four children: Eugene (Barbara) Wall, Killeen, TX; Catherine Wall, Little Chute; Brian Wall, Kimberly; and Colleen Wall, Little Chute; a granddaughter, Elena Wall. Don is further survived by a brother, George (Peggy) Wall, Town of Clayton; sister, Suzanne Lessner, Northbrook, IL; niece, Cheryl (James) White and their children; aunt, Joyce Mortson; many other relatives and friends. Don was preceded in death by his parents; father- and mother-in-law, Andrew and Olive Bryll; sister-in-law, Gertrude Scheibl; brother-in-law, John Lessner and many other relatives. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 7, 2008, at 11 a.m. at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church with Msgr. James Vanden Hogen officiating. Interment will be in Holy Name Cemetery, Kimberly. Friends may call at the Verkuilen Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. Sunday and at the church from 10 a.m. Monday until the time of the mass.
