  Claude Berrens, 59, Oshkosh, died today at home. He was born April 16, 1927, in Chilton, the son of Edward and Nina Star Berrens. He married Charlotte M. Gercke Oct. 2, 1956, in Oshkosh. Mr. Berrens was a baker for Berrens bakery, Chilton, for 22 years and later worked several years for Werich Used Cars, Oshkosh. He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. Surviving are his widow; four brothers, Robert, Manitowoc, and Gene, Art and Edward Jr., all of Chilton; and two sisters, Catherine Fastner, Chilton, and Gertrude Melcher, Appleton. Services will be Monday at 4 p.m. Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home, the Rev. Karl Buresch officiating, burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 1 p.m. until the time of services.
