  PNEUMONIA FATAL TO EDWARD GREBE Former Kaukauna Fuel Dealer Dies at Residence Tuesday Noon Kaukauna - Pneumonia, brought on by a slight cold, caused the death of Edward Grebe, 53, former fuel dealer at his home at 317 Depot-st at 12:15 Tuesday after- noon. Grebe had been in poor health for about a year. Born in Milwaukee, he came to Kaukauna in 1910 to enter the busi- ness in a firm known as Brenner and Grebe. On January 1, 1930 the business and equipment of the company was sold to John Benotch. Grebe was a member of the board of education for the past nine years, and served as a deputy sheriff of Outagamie Co. for several years. He is survived by his widow; five daughters, Mrs. Theodore Boettcher, Mrs. Fred Olm, Ena, Gertrude, and Virginia; four sons, Elmer, Edgar, Donald and Luther all of Kaukauna; one brother, Gerhardt of Cudahy; and two sisters, Mrs. Jacob Lotharius, Cudahy; and Mrs. Charles Medrow of Madison. Funeral services will be held at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran church here Friday afternoon with the Rev. Paul Th. Oehlert in charge. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
