  Marcella A. Rasmussen, age 97, of Black Creek, passed away Friday morning, June 11, 2010. She was born December 21, 1912, daughter of the late Frank and Frances (Weiss) Schuler. Survivors include her daughter Joyce (Jim) Hopfensperger, Black Creek; grandsons: Randy (Bea) Hopfensperger, Sherwood, Rick (fiancee Danielle) Hopfensperger, Oshkosh, Rob (Tavia) Hopfensperger, Dale; ten great-grandchildren; nieces Beverly Schroeder and Cherrie DeGroot. She was preceded in death by her husband Ervin; sisters: Lucille (George) Gokey and Lorretta (Harry) Horn. Per mom's wishes no funeral was held. Many thanks and wishes to the staff of Good Shepherd Nursing Home and Heartland Hospice, especially Krystal and Nathan. Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, is assisting the family with arrangements.
