  Margaret R. Grishaber, Appleton, died Friday, June 25, 2010, at St. Paul Home in Kaukauna. Margaret was born in Kaukauna, to the late Andrew and Elizabeth (Horvath) Micholic. On April 9, 1945, she was united in marriage to Arnold A. "Bud" Grishaber at St. Mary Catholic Church in Kaukauna. The couple enjoyed 46 years together until his death in 1991. Margaret worked in the family business, Grishaber's Grocery Store on the south side of Appleton, and also as a waitress for 26 years at the Darboy Club. She was also a volunteer at St. Elizabeth Hospital. She loved shopping, and her favorite day of the year was Christmas. Margaret was a longtime member at St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Appleton. She was a loving mother and grandmother to her son, Phil (Linda) Grishaber, Menasha; two daughters, Sue Ott, Town of Harrison; and Kim (Bob) Schulz, Appleton; grandson, Christopher (fiancee, Allison Stammer) Schulz, Appleton; and granddaughter Elizabeth Schulz, Appleton. She is further survived by her sister, Helen Emmers, Appleton; brother-in-law, Thomas Grishaber, Combined Locks; and six sisters-in-law, Margaret Welhouse, Kaukauna; Louise Davidson, Appleton; Gertrude Gaffney, Kimberly; Betty Wingrove, Appleton; Virginia Grishaber, Milwaukee; and Dorothy Grishaber, Appleton. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son-in-law, Larry Ott; brother, Paul Micholic; three sisters, Mary Revoir, Ann Engel and Delores Delcore; and brother-in-law, Mark Emmers. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 29, at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 2331 Lourdes Dr., Appleton, with Father David Kelly officiating. Friends may visit directly at the church on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will take place at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Appleton.
