  Laura P. Keller, age 93 of Chilton, died on Sunday October 17, 2004 at Chilton Care Center in Chilton. She was born March 19, 1911 in the Town of Chilton, daughter of the late Charles and Emelie (Thede) Schmeiser. She married John Keller of Forest Junction on October 10, 1935 at Ebenezer Reformed Church in Chilton. He preceded her in death on January 7, 1947. In 1959, she moved back to Chilton from Forest Junction and was employed for several years at Teske's Restaurant and Toth Nursing Home. She was a member of Faith Alliance Church in Chilton where she had many friends. Survivors include her sons: Howard (Kay) Keller of Fredonia, WI, Earl (Jean) Keller of San Luis Obispo, CA; stepchildren: Dorothy Bosserman of Oshkosh, Florence Enneper of Brillion, Lester (Janet) Keller of Forest Junction, Walter (Lois) Keller of Forest Junction; grandchildren: Kim (Diane) Keller, Steven Keller, Krystal Keller; great-grandchildren: Michael, James, Shannon, Natalie and Cristie Keller; great-great-granddaughter: Ashlee; 22 step grandchildren and many other great- and great-great-grandchildren; brother-in-law: Nicholas Diedrich and niece: Carolyn Kleckner. Laura was also preceded in death by her grandchildren: Sheri and Kitty; brothers: Victor and Gustave Keller; a sister: Edah Diedrich; a step son: Rueben Keller; and a step daughter Ruth Keller. Committal Service will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 22, 2004 at Forest Home Cemetery in Forest Junction. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday October 23, 2004 at Faith Alliance Church (North State St.) in Chilton with the Rev. Jim Jensen officiating. Wieting Family Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
