  James J. Klingen Passed away on June 30, 2004 after being in Intensive Care at S t. Jude Hospital in Orange County. Jim was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on January 20, 1939 and moved to Pasadena California with his parents and other family members in 1950. Jim graduated from USC with a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1969 and a Masters Degree from Cal Poly, Pomona in 1972. He worked for Southern California Edison for 25 years, retiring in 1998. Jim was an avid USC fan and computer nerd for family and friends. His warm heart, generosity and sense of humor will be remembered by all . He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Lynne and his son, Jimmy. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or Pomona Valley Hospital Auxiliary. We will miss him and his wonderful sense of humor. Services will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel in Covina on Wednesday, July 7, 2004 at 10:30 a.m., (626) 732-2306. Published in the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin on 7/4/2004.
