  Peter Heimermann, who spent the greater part of his life in Calumet county, died at his home in Mackville, six miles north of Appleton, Sept 24. He had been in failing health since spring and confined to his bed for three weeks before the end came. Mr. Heimermann was born in Dresden, Ger-many, June 29, 1863. At the age of two years he came to this country with his parents, who settled in the town of Brothertown on what was formerly known as the Bell farm. He married Anna Marie Schneider at Holy Trinity church, Jericho, April 30, 1891. After spending a year at the home of Mr. Heimermann's parents, the young couple bought the farm now occupied by Jacob Schommer near Brothertown, where they lived for 17 years. They then moved to a farm four miles east of Stockbridge where Otto Schneider now lives. Their next move was to Appleton where they lived for 22 years. Seven years ago Mr. Heimermann retired from active farm work and made his home at Mackville. Survivors are the widow and eleven children; seven sons, John, Stockbridge town; Jacob and Joseph, Appleton; Fred, Henry, and Benedict, Mackville; four daughters, Mrs. Jacob Kons, Darboy; Mrs. Raymond Schneider, Jericho; Mrs. Lyle McGinnis, Kaukauna; and Veronica at home. One son died in infancy. The funeral will be held Friday from St. Edward's Catholic church of which the deceased was a devout member. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
