  Mary C. Hein of Appleton, age 91, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2013. She was born to the late Anton and Lucia (nee Van Dun) Ermers on June 25, 1922. She married Clarence J. Hein on April 11, 1944. They were happily married for 57 years. Mary was a charter member of St. Pius X Parish. She also enjoyed reading, doing puzzles and cooking. She is survived by two daughters: Dianne (David) Dexter; Mary Sue (Brian) Lee; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and other relatives including nieces, nephews and in-laws. She was preceded in death by her husband; daughter, Patricia Berg; great-granddaughter, Stella; parents-in-law, Martin and Helen Hein; along with all of her siblings and many relatives. Per Mary's wishes, private Catholic services officiated by Fr. Thomas Farrell have been held. The burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery. Published in Appleton Post-Crescent on Nov. 17, 2013
