  ANDREW WEINS - The body of Andrew Weins, the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Weins was brought home Sunday morning from Green Bay. He was taken sick suddenly a week ago Saturday with a severe attack of appendicitis. He was visiting his sister, Mrs. A. Pritzke at Green Leaf and was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital and operated upon at once but the appendix had already rupture. A second operation was performed a few days later but he gradually grew weaker until death came. He was born in Chilton town Sept. 1895, a few years later he moved on a farm a few miles north of here where he lived till last winter when he went to Brillion to take up plumbing. The funeral was held Monday morning from St. Mary's Church, Rev. Fr. Oswald officiating. The Catholic Knights of Brillion and Hilbert marched in a body. He leaves to mourn his untimely death his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Kleiber of Brillion, Mrs. Anton Pritzke of Greenleaf and Lena and home and one brother, Mike. Chilton Times - June 16, 1917
