  Mrs. Lena Jepson, 85, died Friday morning at the home of her son, Frank Jepson town of Deer Creek. Mrs. Jepson was born in the town of McComb, St. Lawrence co., N.Y. on Nov. 5, 1841. She went to the town of Maple Creek with her parents and was married in 1850 to Warren Jepson. The couple lived at Maple Creek for a time and then moved to the town of Deer Creek on the farm where Albert Jepson now resides. They lived on the farm for about 50 years after which they retired and moved to the village of Bear Creek. Mr. Jepson died Nov. 15, 1898. A little over a year ago, Mrs. Jepson moved to the town of Deer Creek to live with her son, Frank. Funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock Saturday afternoon from the Frank Jepson home. Interment will be made in the Maple Creek cemetery.
