  Mrs. Susan Vanderhoof (nee Shaugher) the widow for two years of the late Peter Vanderhoof, passed away on Saturday at her home on Smith Street from diabetes. She was born February 3rd, 1836 in the State of New York and lived to be 77 years. In 1849 she came to Sheboygan county and town Plymouth where she was married to Mr. Vanderhoof in 1852. She is survived by nine children, namely; Mrs. Henry Jones of Plymouth; Mrs. Lincoln Davis of Sheboygan Falls; Mrs. Mary Eastman of Town Plymouth; Mrs. Ed Henze and Mrs. Ed Andrews of Plymouth; Peter of Shiocton; and Darwin of Town Lyndon, also 32 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, one brother and two sisters. The burial is Tuesday in the Grant cemetery, three miles northeast of here with Pastor Altvater officiating.
