Age 58, of New London, passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Manor Care in Appleton. He was born on March 6, 1958, in Appleton, son of the late James John and Nancy (Tews) Stark. Jim proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. Following his time in the service, he worked at Frank's Pizza Palace in Appleton for over 20 years, then at various places of employment until poor health forced his retirement. Jim enjoyed cooking, hunting and loved his Green Bay Packers. He is survived by his siblings: Jeff, Joey, Greta, Lisa, Lori and Susie; special friends: Barb Tesch-Abel, Kara Kietzmann and her children Ethan and Whitney, nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Charlie Dorschner and step-father Milfred Dorschner. The funeral service for Jim will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home in New London. Burial will be in Most Precious Blood Cemetery in New London. A visitation for Jim will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. The family would like to thank the staff at Manor Care in Appleton, Theda Care Hospital in New London, and also Heartland Hospice for their care and concern of Jim.
