  James LaBorde, age 60, formerly of Kaukauna, died Sunday morning, December 7, 2008. He was born February 16, 1948, to Jack and Helen (Anderson) LaBorde, in Kaukauna. James served with the U.S. Army and had been employed by Froedert Hospital of Milwaukee. He enjoyed golfing and fishing with his sons and was an avid Brewers, Bucks and Packers fan. James is survived by his sons, Bryon (Tammy) LaBorde, Appleton; Sean (Stacy) LaBorde, Mt. Horeb, WI; four grandchildren: Olivia, Nolan, Madelyn and Lindsey LaBorde; his mother, Helen C. LaBorde; three brothers: Robert LaBorde, Jean L. (Nancy) LaBorde, and Jon LaBorde; two sisters: Judy (John) Lambie and Susan LaBorde. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack LaBorde. A memorial service for James will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, December 12, 2008, at the funeral home, with Reverend Tim Albrecht officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, from 3 p.m. until the time of the service. A memorial fund is being established.
