Griesbach, Pamela Kay - Pamela Griesbach, Appleton, 58, died on Friday, Nov. 23, 2007, at Appleton Medical Center. She was born April 2, 1949, in Chicago, Ill. Pam married Richard Griesbach on July 10, 1971, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Appleton. She was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Pam loved doing taxes and was proud of her business, Sterling Income Tax Service. She enjoyed cooking, reading, bird watching and spending time with family. Pam loved being around others, especially her grandchildren. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. Pam is survived by her husband, Richard Griesbach; daughters, Angela (Jesse) Paltzer and Stephanie (Andrew) O'Connell; grandchildren, Makenna, Brayden and Paige Paltzer, Declan and "baby" O'Connell; parents, David and Ruby Jolette; brothers and sister, Daniel (Bonnie) Wadie, Debra (Joseph) Tierney and Michael (Joann) Jolette; nieces, Laurie Hughes, Julie (Kevin) Keyes, Sarah (Jay) Parmeter, Josette (Shane) Green, Elizabeth (Jason) Wollin, Trina (Andy) Huettl and Rachel Jolette. She is further survived by nine great-nieces and great-nephews; and her best friend of 44 years, Nancy Bethe. Pam was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Hughes; great-nephew, Nicholas Eichinger; father and mother-in-law, Melvin and Audrey Griesbach; and brother-in-law, Donnie Griesbach. The funeral liturgy for Pam will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2007, at ST. THOMAS MORE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1810 N. McDonald St. Appleton, with Fr. Gerald Falk officiating. Interment will take place at Highland Memorial Park. The visitation will be held on Tuesday at the Church from 9 a.m. until the time of mass. Pam's family would like to thank the staff at Appleton Medical Center, Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital, Dr. Hari and his staff for their excellent care and compassion.
