  Mrs. Johanna Roehrborn, aged 80 years, died Sun. at her home in the town of Wilson, following a lingering illness of one year's duration. In Mar. she sustained a broken hip in a fall and never fully recovered from that injury. Mrs. Roehrborn was born in Saxon, Germany, Sept. 4, 1848, and came to this country with her parents at the age of 18 years. The family settled in the town of Wilson. On Apr. 2, 1868, she was united in marriage to William Roehrborn of Town Wilson at Trinity Lutheran church in Sheboygan, Rev. Davis Stecher performing the ceremony. The couple made their home in the town of Wilson since their marriage. Mrs. Roehrborn's husband died Oct. 23, 1904. The survivors are: Five daughters and three sons, Mrs. Frank Bock, Sr., Mrs. Henry Rammer, Mrs. Albert Miller, Mrs. William Jankow and Mrs. Leopold Zimmermann, all of Town Wilson, William, Christ and Henry, all of Town Wilson. There are also 18 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and three sisters, Mrs. Henry Mueller, Town Wilson, Mrs. Henry Muehlenberger and Mrs. Carl Meyer, Town Herman, and one brother, William Doebert, Town Wilson. Prior to her illness Mrs. Roehrborn was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Ladies' Aid society at Town Wilson. The body will be removed to the home Tues. morning from where funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 Wed. afternoon and at 2:00 from Trinity Lutheran church at Town Wilson, Rev. Herman Lorenz officiating. Burial will be made in Sander's (sic, Flader's) Hill cemetery. Sheboygan Press, Mon, July 22, 1929, p6 also; Funeral - Sheboygan Press, Thurs, July 25, 1929, p8 Funeral services for Mrs. Johanna Roehrborn, a well-known pioneer resident of the town of Wilson, who died Sunday at her home following a lingering illness of one year's duration, were held from the family residence at 1:30 Wed. afternoon and at 2:00 from Trinity Lutheran church in the town of Wilson. Rev. Herman Lorenz officiated and burial was made in Flander's Hill cemetery. The service was largely attended by Mrs. Roehrborn's many relatives and friends and the great number of floral pieces which embanked the casket and filled the rooms of the Roehrborn's home were a tribute of the high esteem in which the deceased was held throughout the village and vicinity. More than 65 cars were included in the procession to the cemetery. The pallbearers were: Frank Bock, Jr., Walter Roehrborn, town Wilson; Lester Jankow, this city; Wilbert Rammer, Marlin Miller and Alvin Reyer, town Wilson. Among the out-of-town persons who attended the obsequies were: Mrs. Schwenke of Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Froehlich and Mr. and Mrs. Herman Froehlich of Glenbeulah; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Robb, Plymouth; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Muehlenberg of Cedar Rapids IA; Mr. and Mrs. Philip Stauss and Mrs. Carl Meier of Ada; Mr. and Mrs. William Meier of Howards Grove, and Mr. and Mrs. Anton Oppeneer of Random Lake.
