Blindauer, Mrs. Howard (Dorothy)Mrs. Howard (Dorothy) Blindauer, 94, formerly of 1227 S. Broadway, Green B ay, died Tuesday Oct. 9, 2001 in Manitowoc. She was born Sept. 24, 19 07 in Kaukauna to the late Charles and Margaret Mazurek. On June 11, 192 9, she married Howard Blindauer at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Green Ba y. In 1947, she and Howie started Blindauer & Steffen Sheet Metal & Roofin g. Howie preceded her in death on Nov. 18, 1983.Survivors include her two sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry and Gloria Blin dauer and Mike and Sharon Blindauer, all of Green Bay; two daughters a nd a son-in-law Rita Jansen, Two Rivers; and Lou Ann and Lawrence Gerrol l, Two Rivers; 18 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard; two grandchildren, Jam es and Michael Jansen; one great- grandchild, Jason Blindauer; one brothe r, Charles Mazurek; one sister, Joan Senn; and one son-in-law, Harold Jans en.Friends may call at St. Willebrord Catholic Church, 209 S. Adams St., fr om 1 to 3 p.m. Friday. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 3 p.m. Frid ay at the church with the Rev. Ken DeGroot O.Praem officiating. Burial wi ll be in Allouez Catholic Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name. Blaney Funeral Home is assisting the family.
