  MRS. HAROLD N.J. EGGERT, (Ramona L. Ecker) 1734 N. Appleton St. Age 63, died at 12:06 a.m. Friday after an extended illness. She was born Jan. 28, 1919 in Appleton where she lived all of her life. Mrs. Eggert was the Dietary Director of the Appleton Extended Care Center until ill health forced her retirement in 1974. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. Survivors include her husband: Harold; two sons and their wives: Dave and his wife Nancy, and their son Kevin; Don (sic) and his wife Eileen, all of Appleton; two brothers: Walter Ecker, Wisconsin Rapids; E.C.Ecker, Greenwich, Connecticut; a sister: Miss Evelyn Ecker, Appleton. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Lillian Tank Ecker, and a brother H.P. "Paul" Ecker. In respect to the wishes of Mrs. Eggert the casket will be closed. Private family services will be held with the Rev. Leon L. Knitt officiating. Interment will be Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Wichmann Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday. The family requests that gestures of concern be directed to the Ramona L. Eggert Memorial Sund, in care of the Wichmann Funeral Home, 537 N. Superior Str. Appleton, WI 54911.
