  Gerald W. Dreger, age 74, of Bethany Home, Waupaca, formerly of Brillion, died on Thur., April 10, 2008. He was born on June 14, 1933, in the town of Brillion, son of the late Otto & Gladys (Sonnebend) Dreger. Gerald farmed in the town of Brillion most of his life. He also worked at the Manitowoc Ship Yards and the Brillion Iron Works for several years. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Brillion. Gerald loved music and sang in the church choir and played in the Brillion City Band for many years. Survivors include 2 brothers, Lloyd Dreger of Milwaukee; Ted (Ann) Dreger of Waupaca; a sister Mildred (Tom) Fahrbach of Glidden, Wis.; a sister-in-law Margaret Dreger of New Holstein; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and twin brother Harold. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15, at 4 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 601 East National Ave, Brillion. The Rev. Ross Henzi will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 2 p.m. until the time of service. The Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion is assisting the Dreger family with arrangements.
