Joanne was born on September 24, 1938, in Appleton to the late Harold and Zelda (Kasper) Halverson. Funeral services will be at 11a.m. on Monday, April 26, 2004, at TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 209 South Allen Street, Appleton, with Rev. Kurt Kovanen officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Neenah. Friends may call at the Wichmann Funeral Home, Tri-County Chapel, Menasha, on Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and again directly at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
