  Dennis "Chico" Ritchie, 60, Wausau, died July 3, 2007, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. Chico was born Nov. 9, 1946, in New London. He grew up in Shiocton, Wis. He served honorably and bravely in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. Chico was a very caring man and very accepting of all people. He was a big fan of Elvis and Dale Ernhardt. Survivors include four children, Diedre, Stephanie, Jamie and Brandy; five grandchildren; his mother, Lillian Ritchie; one brother, Evan and three sisters, Betty, Hope Marie and Mary Jane. Chico was preceded in death by his father, Donald; one daughter, Tonya, and one grandchild, Autumn. Visitation will be Saturday, July 7, 2007, at the Helke Funeral Home, Wausau, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. with military honors to follow.
